The Erasmus University Scholarship is awarded to applicants starting the same program they applied for and gained admission to. It is crucial to note that switching programs after receiving the scholarship is not permissible. The scholarship is applicable for only one academic year, and recipients can avail of it once. To be eligible for the Erasmus University Scholarship, applicants must:- Be a national of a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
- I have never been enrolled as a full-degree student at a Dutch educational institution.
- Be selected for specific bachelor programs at the Erasmus School of Economics.
- Complete the mathematics entrance exam with a satisfactory result if found deficient during the bachelor application procedure.
- Demonstrate excellent study results during secondary school education with an average final result of at least grade 8.5 on a grading scale of 1–10.
- Provide a detailed financial statement explaining the need for the scholarship and how it will enhance the opportunity to study at the Erasmus School of Economics.
- Complete the immigration application before May 15 and enroll by September 1 of the academic year for which the scholarship is requested.
Benefits of the Erasmus University Scholarship
The €10,000 scholarship is divided into €5,000 as a reduction in tuition fees and €5,000 received through ten monthly payments. The latter can be used as part of the required living fee deposit for the immigration procedure.How to Apply for the Scholarship
